Start and continue through your week with an easy flow then move to stabilizing your core and limbs. You will complete your practice on your back with recovery. A 1 hour class.
Core-Flow
Tuesday @5:00-5:45 pm
$8. drop in/person
Included in all plans
A 45 min all level pilates/flow class. An evening class introducing Pilates/core work with stretching. Occasional light weights included in workouts.

WEEKEND WARRIOR FLOW
Saturday @ 9:30 am

A 1 hour Yoga Flow for all levels to start your weekend. Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga class.
