Be Rejuvenated and Flow

FLOW THROUGH
YOUR WEEK

Monday  @ 6:00 pm &

Wednesday @ 6:00 pm

$10. drop in/person

Included in all plans

Start and continue through your week with an easy flow then move to stabilizing your core and limbs. You will complete your practice on your back with recovery. A 1 hour class.

Core-Flow

Tuesday @5:00-5:45 pm

$8. drop in/person

Included in all plans

A 45 min all level pilates/flow class. An evening class introducing Pilates/core work with stretching. Occasional light weights included in workouts. 

OUTDOOR
YOGA

 

Wednesday @8:30-9:30am

FREE

A fun yoga class to start your day in a beautiful outdoor setting at Pie Traynor, North Park. Located in the north hills of Pittsburgh. All levels are invited. No sign up needed. Just bring your smile and a mat. 

PILATES LUNCH BREAK

Thursday @ 12:15-1:00 pm

$8. drop in/person

Included in all plans

A 45 min all level pilates/core class. Take a lunch break for core stabilizing exercises. Occasional light weights included in workouts. Finish with stretches.

WEEKEND WARRIOR FLOW

Saturday @ 9:30 am

$10. drop in/person

Included in all plans

A 1 hour Yoga Flow for all levels to start your weekend. Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga class.
