Strength in Body, Mind and Heart

My love for health and fitness grew after having my second out of five kids. Realizing I had to make some time for myself in a healthy way, I started running. In the meantime I added a variety of trendy fitness experiences. I transitioned as a professional Fitness instructor and trainer. 


Through more than 25 years of experience in group fitness, road races to triathlons, I discovered a passion for yoga.

Yoga started as a result of personal challenges due to injuries and physical limitations. I believe God has

empowered me to continue to do what I love in fitness while building

compassion for myself, others and the world around me. I feel Blessed.

With over ten years of training clients on the Pilates Reformer and teaching group pilates and yoga,

I am grateful to share Yoga with the community.
